93d0784a5e Sets the correct default path in the config.php, and removes the re-write in instance-config. The path set in config was incorrect, so there is no benefit in keeping it incorrect and overwriting in instance config. a1f5986c21 Disable antispam for now 
- some users were having issues posting
- the issues are inconsistent. we should be careful with this feature,
    perhaps even log details of what went wrong when the error for this
    is shown and analyze those logs.
